Hi.

I wonder where i can found the "shining stars" that are above some items.
Etc if i enter a ot and wanna go to the loot seller.
In his shop he got an mpa on a table that is shining.

Please help me to make this , i rly want it :)
Is it otmapeditor or what, if where?
