Show quests help

hello all!
im trying to make a show/hide quest script with jquery
similar to Zivera.eu - Latest News
in characters.php (gesior aac)
you will have the option to show more/less quests (like the link i gave before)..
example: default show 5 quests - when click show - it will toggle 30 quests, when u click less
it will go back to the default!!
