I'm not very good, but I only use photoshop every now and then just to cure some boredom

I don't want REP++ for "good work". I just want feedback on how I can improve.

You just turn the bevel & emboss on with the colors black and white and that makes the text style uglier XD..

You've to change some colors and style to make it look better..
