Simple question, please help

I installed apache, but i cannot install gesior. It says "access denied" and says it can be modified in "httpd-xampp.conf". I cant find that file.

Also, I password protected myphpadmin and now the server wont run, it says "access denied" and the password is ok in config.

My Httpd-xampp.conf is here, so should be urs unless u have Xampp installed somewhere else:

C:\xampp\apache\conf\extra
