Simple, server time in LUA

There is os.time(), but it shows client side OS time, is possible to get server time instead of user OS time?
Making a CD spells have one big bug, players who boosts thier OS clock with 3rd party programs can spam CD spells

Wow, I did not know that. This contradicts many of my server scripts. There is no way to prevent 3rd party programs from altering their OS time?

You right, I was checking this on hosting PC. Where server was 127.0.0.1
