Windows Small hosting problem

I can log into the server using 192.168.1.69 , When i asked a friend to try and loging in using my global ip 205.250.155.24 he said that the account manager loaded but when he tried to login it said connection timeout or something , So what do i need to do next to make it so people are able to login?

If anyones got the time , would help alot to do this on team viewer and show me that way, how its done.

this looks pretty much an issue with ports not opened properly, you need to open 2 ports: 7171 and 7172, and make sure those are forwarded. Let me know if this works for you.

Thanks to you manuel220 it worked and people can login it was the 7172 ports i was missing so thank you that was the small thing i totally forgot about.
