It is my daopay thing , i never had this problem before... when i'm trying to enter the pincode i get this problem:

Errors occured:
* Server has problem with connection to daopay.com, can't verify PIN code.

and on the top of the site this text shows up:

Warning: fopen(https://daopay.com/svc/pincheck?appcode=62367&prodcode=9151&pin=aecahkeiri) [function.fopen]: failed to open stream: No error in C:\xampp\htdocs\buypoints.php on line 49

and yes i have changed

memory_limit = 32M

to

memory_limit = 64M

in php.ini

anyone know why it isnt working?
