I just started xampp and it seems to be working good but what i cant figure out is how to secure localhost. right now i can just get right into the website without the root or the password. can someone tell me what to do or should i just stop my troubles now and use uniserver


edit: just unistalled xampp and started uniserver( i like this better) but i still dont know how to get the root and password i want

maybe you should use uniserver..

PS: for secure your xampp you must edit your privileges..
ps2: right now i can just get right into the website without the root or the password. website or database?

The localhost page. usually when i want to get into that page it asks for a loggin username and password. but now it just skips that step




solved: i dont need the password it works fine without it thanks for the help i will rep++
