Some can connect

Ok me and my friends are having a problem we are on a dedicated host and SOME people can connect to the server/website but some cant do anyone know what could be causing this and a solution?

Might be a shitty DNS. In some countries\regions the DNS has successfully redirected, but not in some. Wait a couple of hours and see.

They entering the correct information? If things are still a no go then make a call.

yea there entering the right stuff but the hoster said that they might have a crap ass net or something that wont allow them to connect

I think that the word "dedicated host" is beeing abused.

ontopic: Does the hoster use canal digital? And whats his upstream/downstream?
