Not even aero is on? Maybe a graphics card is so weak that it doesn't support this, or you don't have strongerly drivers like a chuj said?

Well I Have Windows 7 and the my graphic is on 640*480 16 bits

at the place where i can change my screen resolution you got also choice for 16 bits of 32 bits..
If i use 32 bits my wallpaper looks awesome but then those ugly dots appear on tibia..
Damn love that old time 7.6+dots it looks in that time way more detailed LOL

atm i can't find it on windows 7 =/ but it worked to me

you sure you have directx9 installed? also, are you sure that the graphics drivers are installed? wat graphics card you got (it's full name and model please)?
