Some issues regarding my banishment - please help

Ok so here we go, I was caught for mcing my accs. I blocked off demona on my knight (neptikz) and hunted there on my mage (saga hell), I deserved the banishment. But apparently my knight (Neptikz) has been deleted and it didn't have any warnings), this must be a mistake cuz my ms just got banned and not deleted for it.


So, can you please make the deletion go away?
