If you use SQL you go into table players, and change player_id to 3.

Erm..i use The Forgotten server.

Erm..i use The Forgotten server.

Yes you use the forgotten server but that is just the host program. You can use the in game account manager, or use a home page.
If you use a homepage you need php and apache (for example).
