Some questions about job request

About the term security... if i need a programmer, to do some things in my project...
i need send for him example "all files include my server datapack?" or just certain files required? example certain sources files.

i understand, he needs test the job, but...
Is not it risky to send all the files?

or
Does it depend on the programmer metod ?

can you tell me someone who works safely? trustworthy

You dont need to send ur full datapack and no one will ask you for it. If you want a Lua thing he gonna do it, if he need a source edit, you send him just the required files as explain luascriopt.lua or something like that. About the question if I know someone whos trustable: @GarQet <-- He helped me alot ;p

You aren't forced do share anything with anyone, just agree upon certain terms.
What I used to do is I program the requested system in a brand new TFS to test and show it works, when the client is satisfied I send the code and he sends the money and everybody is happy.

However, many people use OTX OTHire or TFS 0.4 which makes everything harder. Sometimes it's inevitable that you either need access to the system or the client has to test it himself.
