1. How to allow people on gesior to do only no vocation characters?
Go to your admin panel and configure vocations, there's a column that says "Add to 'create character' list?" select the 'None' vocation to be in the 'create character' list.

2. What I have to do to do not let people to use account manager?
In config.lua change this to "no"...

accountManager = "yes"

3. When will be the released TFS 0.3.5?
I don't know.

Your question is badly structured. You got total control on your server creature spawns.

But when I use shovel there,on a beach, scarabs get out from sand. I dont want that. Help!

Try giving the sand a unique or action id? Whats the script for it?
