0.3.r5963 it has some missing parameters but they have been fixed by a friend of mine. He compiled those sources on linux and had the server working so I'm asking for the same thing to be done but for windows 64 bit, tried to do it myself but had no idea what i was doing rofl. I have the sources ready to go.
