Spawn lever

im trying to make a lever that will spawn x monster on square north, if there is x item one square to the west, without having to input co-ordinates again if i use it on multiple levers, the script also needs to take the item away after the monster spawns, ive been searcing the forums and cant find anything that i can use, and all my attemps have ended badly been trying for half a day now.

its for OTServ 8.6
