Lua Spell exhaust

Well some people on my server kepp bugging some spells, like they use utamo tempo so they are exhaust then hold down exori and when they can use spells it sometimes spams exori so people do huge hits is there anyway to fix this

Also sometime you can get yellow skull on yourself is there a way to fix that

well I think Elf already fixed those spells (updated them) try check "The forgotten server Project"
