[Spell]Paralyze like RL

Hello! I need paralyze rune that works like Global Tibia.
I found this script: Spell Paralyze Rune (just like in RL), delay added
I installed that script but it doesn't work fine, when someone casts Exura, Utani Hur and other healing/support spell he doesn't see any effect, spell doesn't work but takes mana. Please remade this script or somthing.

For me this script is working without any problems, so probably you've done something wrong. What distro you are using?
