Sprite Wand Script for TFS 0.2.4

Hello i'm using 8.40 TFS 0.3.1!


I need a Sprite Wand, you know it's the arcane staff with ItemID: [2453] and i want that it shoots Frozen Starlights.

You see a frozen starlight.
It weighs 0.20 oz.
ItemID: [2361].

Can someone give me a script for it? Would be nice

"Starlight Shoot effect" doesn't exist in tibia 8.0+ .
