Sprite Wand

I need some sort of sprite wand script for crying damson server 8.54. I just need to make a wand attack through a script rather than the "min" and "max". This script will make the wand go up with players level and skill idealy. Thank you.

So in other words, a wand that for example:
Level 8 with m lvl 1 hits 5 with.
Level 20 with m lvl 25 hits 50 with
Level 50 with m lvl 80 hits 200 with

That kinda thing?

If so, then just use the UH or SD script and edit them abit according to your needs, then in your weapons folder, edit the wand to that.
