Using Otclient last version with last otb version 13.21 i have this screenbroken

Anyone know how to fix that? in map editor i have all good

How someone can help You if u didn't provide otclient version and more informations. Any errors in terminal?

This happens when theres a desync between your client .dat and server .otb file. Essentially the server is trying to show an item with certain attributes that the client doesn't think it has. If you're using TFS, go into Item Editor and press reload item attributes then save.
