I wonder how can i make my own sprites like cool equipments or new outfits

If someone got an thread or tutorial for it please post it here

I mean an tutorial where u can download needed programms for spriting and where u can learn how to do it , thaks


Ps: Dont post replys like : Go and search in forum or go into tutorials section......

I was already there and there are no programms written that i need and there is not written how exatcly do sprites.

I saw it before already but im not looking for this. This tut is showing how to add but not how to make sprites.
and my question was : I wonder how can i make my own sprites like cool equipments or new outfits
