Hi, yesterday i made a ot server for my little brother. Now he wants to be a gm on my server. I thought like, "okey, how hard can it be?" and threw up xampp and uploaded schema.mysql on localhost and created a database. The server i'm using is gangrel v-5.0

When i was about to change his account to god on local host i noticed that the only account that showed up on localhost was account manager? what have i done wrong?
