SQL help need some commands

I need some commands to enter in the phpmyadmin by a sql entry for:

Delete all lvl's 1 and 8
Change loss_skills to 100 (its in 0 so when you die you dont loose any skills, i want people to loose skills like in rl)

DELETE FROM players where level = 1 AND where level = 8;
UPDATE players SET loss_skills = 100;

I recommend you execute this querys while your OtServer is closed.
