SQL Problem! Pleasee help!

Ok, so my TFS has to use sqlite or else I get errors when I startup.
But when I try to change GM in sqlite browsers, I get errors when I try to save, Here's the error.
BTW: When I try to view my DB in SQL/Myadmin I don't see registered accounts, or anything, so sqlite is the only thing I can use.

Error when I try to save:
Error: Could not save the database
Message from database engine: cannot commit - no transaction is active

WTF IS THAT?

If you're having problems with your SQLite browser, mmm...
Try using the SQLite manager I'am using...

It's great.
But it's with mozilla firefox.

OR use Xampp, apache mysql in same program.

Ok look, I tried using that Sqlite manager, I get some Javascript error when i try to change ANYTHING.



And when I use Xampp, apache and Mysql in the same crap, I get a Mysql connection error when I start up my server, and trust me I tried connecting over 50 times, man i can't edit ANYTHING in ANY database!

I tried starting up a MySQL server over 20 times, I do everything right, yet I still get a connection error.
