Sql problem

I been running my server for a while now and then i just restarted my pc for some reason now the phpadmin cannot log in to the MySQL server i have reinstalled everything and tryed again but this only thing stoping me can anyone tell me how to fix this?

"Cannot log in" emmm why you can't log in? thats send you any type of msg like "Wrong Password" or something like that?

i log in using my password as normal on top it say Error
Cannot log in to the MySQL server this is on the localhost/phpmyadmin and i have all the things running that u need
