Show me a picture or more with the page of the ports, there might be something wrong with that.

Otherwise I suggest you should read some tutorials again and carefully.

@author

dont bump topic do what Xenios said, its difficult really to help you without your support ;]

Give us also the ip or domain to check if there is no any apache error, or just blocked ports/ips.

I know that its nothing wrong with the ports.

First off google a port scanner and scan port 80 to see if it is even open. If it's not you might have the problem that I do where your ISP blocks connections to port 80.
Okey, I will give it a try :)
But I don't think that they are blocking port 80 cuz I've tried to change port to '92' instead but it didn't work either :S

Edit..
91.95.232.155 isn't responding on port 80 (http).

Can we know what router you're using?

Mabye this will help (but I don't think so):

For windows xp

Start -> Control Panel -> Network- and Internet-connections -> networkconnections -> LAN-connection -> properties -> Internet-protocol [TPC/IP] -> properties -> fill in those fields. (if you don't know what you need to write then go to start -> execute -> CMD then type in: ipconfig/all
