AAC SSL Certficate issues using Znote AAC (https)

Hello all, wasnt really sure how to word this issue. Basically i have two issues relating to my SSL on my domain.

My site was showing as 'not secure' when visited on some browsers due to having no SSL Certificate, I have now fixed this and installed a certificate which is showing as valid when doing an SSL check on my domain.

First Problem - When I try to enter my site with https:// at the start rather than http:// i get an error message saying:
Forbidden
You don't have permission to access this resource.

Why would this be? Do i need to edit something in Znote for https? Also http still shows as not secure, is this also normal?


Second Problem - Listed in my SSL certificate it says I can use www.(my domain), but when i try to search this now it just gives me an error :
This site can’t be reached
server IP address could not be found.

Why is it not connecting there? Do i need to edit something or link it with my domain?

Apologies if these are dumb questions but I have never got involved in these things before ANY help atall would be appreciated

what are you using, xampp or uniserv?

You must go to sslforfre.com to get your certification and then visit this

I'm using xampp, so I cant help you

All sorted now

All i did was transferred everything over from Uniserv to xampp, re added the same certificate and everything works perfect first time
