It does not work for Modern AAC, only Gesior..
But, yes, Uniform Server is just a server to make sure that ports 3306, 7171, 7172, 80 etc.. get opened. Same thing with Xampp

I would recommend using Modern AAC / Uniform Server for a great server / site
and Xampp / Gesior for donation infested ot..

Although there are scripts released on Vapus Store like Zaypay / Paypal script for Modern AAC.
