TFS 1.X+ Stamina Regen

Hello!

TFS 1.4.2:

I've been looking for where the stamina regen functions are handled and ive looked through SRC with no luck and ive looked into some lua files and couldnt find it either.

So what im looking for is where is offline stamina regen handled?
specifically when offline for 10 minutes you get 1 stamina if your stamina is 40h + and 3 minutes for 1 stamina when stamina is under 40h.

i just need someone to point me to the right direction so i can edit these numbers.
