Please do not fall into all that crap "pay me and i will help you" straight away.... You must have your own experience first and then with time you will know with what you need help and with what you don't need help... First of all, you need to have a look at everything that is connected with ot server - map editor, data packs etc.
If you don't have any basics (which i see you probably don't) then it would be good to start with a simple server. Don't go and pay for donator straight away just to have 8.6 server if you won't even know what to do with it.
You need a map. Maybe create your own shitty small map first just to see the basics of how to work in map editor...
then look for a website, I think that because you are new to this, you should really work with modern aac. - do not even look into gesior aac. I am myself using gesior just because there was no modern aac when i started my journey or atleast i had no idea that there was. And it was then really hard for me to use modern - i tried but it was all new etc...
I have started my journey with ot servers over 2 years ago and I think I have gained alot of experience but i also think that it still isn't enough. Maybe it's because I didn't really try, I always thought "well, i will see and maybe it will just come to me"... but still, nowadays I know much more than I ever hoped to know.
These are just some practical tips, I never believed in any tutorial. Well there are two types of tutorials - the ones that teach you and the ones that show you how to do something. I never was interested into looking at the ones that just teach you everything from the beginning. Im not that kind of person that learns off by reading. I dont know if you like that but if you do then there are tons of tutorials.... But i think that practical tips are worth much much more than giving you a tutorial....
