Lua Step on tile, white text appears on your screen [Request]

Hello, I'm searching for a scriptthat does the following:

When you step on tile x: xxxx y: yyyy z: zzzz, a white message appears on your screen, similar to a broadcast message, but this message only goes to the player. Once youve stepped on it, you cant step on it again to see the same message.
