Admins, can you fix this bug finally?

Description:
Monsters walk over fire fields etc... and some monsters that are weak to fire shouldn't be able to walk thru these fields, unless you hit them.
E.g "Grim Reaper" shouldn't be able to walk thru fire and energy etc...
