The server have a one sux option. If u buy one house, u dont need the bid for each week (in tibia rl it is) and players of no play more in server, have 1 , 2 or 3 houses empty, can increass one sistem of payment for each week to players if stopped play dont stay house, and new players can bid, Thanks =]
