[Suggestion] Sprite subforum

We need Forum>Opentibia>Resources>Sprites

Sprites don't get much attention nowadays and the Small Art has a Sprite tag, which imo suffices for the amount of Sprite threads we get

It's rarely that sprites is getting released, so it's not necessary with a sub-forum for it.
