Summon selling NPC

How do i make so you can buy Summons from a NPC? =)
I will enable summon follow u everywhere and it would be fun for every1 to have a summon for themselves

pet system is talkaction?
I could use a npc that u can BUY summons from

Same thing only talkaction is the difference? Doesnt matter that much
