I got this problem, when i use pvp zone tool in Rme it dosent work in certain places, i got like 3 places where i wannt it to be pvp zone but its pz zone what can this problem depend on? i think its couse i had a house at that position before but the house pallete is removed, cant understand why its like that, woud be awesome if somebody could tell me what the problem can depend on and how to fix it.

i wannt it to be pvp zone but its pz zone

Select PZ tool, then hold down CTRL while drawing on the area, it'll remove the PZ
Then use your PvP tool & draw.
