Original 1337 Roxor Server is back!
Yes! The one and only 1337.hopto.org (or roxor.hopto.org if you like) is finally back. We are currently working on a huge project, but since our dedicated server can handle it, we will run our old server (with alot of improvements) meanwhile developing our new server! When our new server is ready, this server will still be running with a multiworld system, so in other words, the server will probably be online for over 6 months!
So, why should you choose this Roxor instead of the 20+ other servers currently running?
First of all, this is the original Roxor server, which were developed by Penis Pumpe, Faen, and in later time, also Colandus.
The server has been updated alot, and some of the main new features are:
*Anti-Cheat system. If you kill the same player many times a day, you will not obtain experience from him, and after numerous kills, you will be auto-jailed and investigated. The table for saving kills is cleaned once a day, so fair players will not be affected by this sytem!
This means we can have a much higher pvp-e exp rate, and also a lower death penalty!
*Open Battle script. Enjoy battles in our OB-arenas with up to 55 vs 55 players at the time. We have also fixed so you can't attack your teammates!
*Updated spawns. We have updated our boring spawns with new, much more detailed areas.
*8.4 monsters has been added, and replaced alot of old monsters to make hunting more enjoyable.
*Improved quests. Some of the quests has been hardcored edited, since they were very bad scripted. Some of the fixed quests, are Create-your-own-spawn and the Sacrifise quest!
*Limit System. The only server that uses the great limit-system! Refill anger when taking hits, and use this power to become diffrent beasts! You will also advance in limit-levels, so you can become even stronger beasts! Quests also used to add limit-moves!
*Full Areana. One of the only Roxor servers with full arena! All the levels are hard, to make a worthy challange! The reward is of course also improved opposed to the normal reward.
*Dedicated Server. Running 24/7 on a dedicated server, 4 GB ram, quadcore 2,5 ghz, 10.000 GB Datatraffic, 100/100 mbit connection.
