Do you actually know what you are talking about? He was not retired,he got banished from CipSoft because he got hacked and the hacker missused his account.
 
I dont really like GM neon, but u idiots, EVERYBODY makes a misstake and hes apologozing ffs so stop cry, gm neon is actually banning botters and hes the most active GM, so respect to him even tho i dont like him
