talent system TFS 1.2

Hello sirs,

I've been wondering if you would help me build a script.
The thing is I wanted to implement some kind of "talent" system, WoW like.

Like you use a !command, a modal window pop up, and you can choose 1 of 3 options for say lvl 15/30/45/60..
The options my be, learn a spell, add a storage, whatever..
I probably dont need the whole script, just a good draft to start.

Any of you up for it?
