All with access 2+(all staff basically) that are online gets a pm with that message.
If no staff are online, then message "There are no staff members available at this time!"

Maybe make a level requirement to prevent abuse, so level 10+ (since my server has a rook/type beginning and i want the players in main to be able to use this command)

If !GOD but no message, player recieves the param error message thing. Param needed or w,e

If a staff member uses the command it notifies all other staff online, but NOT themselves for obvious reasons.

Lol. No it is for players to speak to ALL staff at once in emergancy since some may be busy etc. So for example "!GOD "bug that is giving free items"
And any staff can go and solve it.

Maybe, yh don't know why i didn't think about that :P I guess i first thought of !GOD teleports a god to them but pfft that would get abused so i jumped to the next best thing and forgot about chat channels, cheers mate, i would give rep cause i am a noob not realising that but i must spread some first xd
