Tar or water~

So I made a little gate for a city, the setting of the city is like a holy stale kind of city~
I wanted to know what you guys think looks better tar or water,

the water looks more colorful, but the black also give a unique cool look!

um.. why don't you make it so the bridge is higher ground? and the water/tar is lower.
Answer, use water - and the normal water, not the cave water.

because there is a wall above there~
I relapsed the cave water with the normal water.
