The hoster will need to have remote-control on, if you don't know how to do this i will help you,
but i only know how to fix this on windows based computers.
Also you will need an high speed internet ! you should be located in Peru.
I will be hosting the server until we find an hoster with over 24mb internet
i do only got 24mb and i can't update it either, it could lagg for others if i download something on my main computer.

Some information about the server.
The rates should be around 10~x.
A little more on the skills and magic level maybe.
