I am creating a professional OTserver, and I want to get a team with at least:Positions Fullfilled:
1- Dev/programmer to help with quests, new systems, spells and so on
Remaining open positions:
1- Dev to help with updating clients and helping the first dev
1- Mapper, the server will have expansions yearly "like global"
1-Spriter, want to generate new sprites for map / outfits / monsters
each one will get ...
(payments every month to be discussed)
OR
Profit share of the server. I will share in 20% profits each one after server fees paid.
Everyone should be able to get online as GM as needed for bug investigation, or meetings about expansion but not necessarily for rule enforcement.
