TFLS - Release date?

I am wondering if there is a release date for the new TFLS, and if not, could you make one?
Has it been already released on the donator forums?
Would it be released there first?

there was one released for 8.53 in the public forums, easy to update to 8.54, duno where it is now though, ingame account manager didnt work for it too well though.
