Lua TFS 0.3.4 + Login.lua problem

Hi i have 0.3.4 TFS and i have problem with login.lua.

When i dead i don't loss any skills and magic level , could someone help me ? i checked some tfs versions and all versions have this bug. Srry for nawbie english ;]
