Linux tfs 0.3.5pl1 die = level 0

ive got TFS 0.3.5pl1 with high exp.
but i got a problem, some players when die lose the level.
they are downgrading to lvl 1.
it happens when ive installed Gesior sms shop.
OT is online 2 weeks but the problem appears today.
ftm it happens with 3 players...
What it could be ?
