Compiling TFS 0.3.6pl1 Problem

Hello! i have a TFS 0.3.6pl1 server.

Now the problem: i compile the sources and all run fine. the dev-cpp creates the .exe but when i try to open it a error jump in my face. libsqlite3-0.dll not found. so i search that libsqlute3-0.dll in google but i don't find nothing.

So a friend tell me that i compile the .exe in x64bits (or any similar) and i need compile in x32bits... but i don't know how to compile it in x32 any can help me?

Simply download the former version, 0.1 here: http://otland.net/f19/stians-dev-cpp-repack-0-2-crypto-64bit-62455/
And compile with that, and it'll be compiled for 32bit.
