TFS 0.3 server saves

Every 15 minutes while the server is online, the server saves and it lags the servers (freezes really) for about 7 or 8 seconds everytime. Its annoying, how to I set it to be every hour. It is not in the config.lua i've looked through it many times. Is there another way to set it from saving so often?
