TFS 0.4 BUG to put online!

Hello all of otland.com , well I am grieving the days with this bug and I can not find any way to solution ... the bug is like this:
by exeplo , I change the ip in config.lua and place the .exe to run it loads everything right , give give Feedback that the server is online and this error as you can see ....

if I return the ip which is already pre -determined in config.lua it works normally and can even log .

I think it's something related to the ip or something , please help me , I do not know what to do ...

Your machine is infected with a virus, an error like this occurs when files become corrupt.
How to fix?
You could download a "real" anti-virus program but anti-virus are not 100% guaranteed to work especially on an already infected machine.

If you have a secondary machine and its clean, you could install anti-virus on that, pop out the hard drive on the primary machine (the infected computer) and either A install it as a secondary or B put it in an external and have the clean machine scan the infected drive for viruses.

Option A requires that both the infected and clean machine have the same jumpers, option B just requires a compatible external.

If you don't have a secondary machine there are other options, however they are quite involved.

Lastly you could just format your computer and start over from scratch, If you decide to format, create a secondary partition and store your files there, when you reinstall everything put ant-virus on your new install and scan the storage partition for viruses.

I just format and install the necessary updates , but it did not work , the error continues ...
I do not know what to do , whenever I change the ip the server drops =[
